【摘要】:ISO14819-3:2004primarilyaddressestheneedsofRDS-TMCALERT-Cmessages,whicharealreadybeingimplemented.However,themodularapproachusedhereisintendedtofacilitatefutureextensionofthelocationreferencingrulestoothertrafficandtravelmessagingsystems.ThelocationreferencingrulesdefinedinISO14819-3:2004addressthespecificrequirementsofTrafficMessageChannel(TMC)systems,whichuseabbreviatedcodingformatstoprovideTTImessagesovermobilebearers(e.g.GSM,DAB)orviaexchangeprotocolslikeDATEX.Inparticular,therulesaddresstheRadioDataSystem-TrafficMessageChannel(RDS-TMC),ameansofprovidingdigitally-codedtrafficandtravelinformationtotravellersusingasilentdatachannel(RDS)onFMradiostations,basedontheALERT-Cprotocol.
