【摘要】:ThisTechnicalSpecificationincludesthetestsoilsandmethodsthatcanbeusedtodemonstratethecleaningefficacyofwasher-disinfectors(WD)accordingtotheISO15883seriesofstandards.TheinclusionofthetestsoilsandmethodsinthisTechnicalSpecificationdoesnotindicatethattheyareofequivalentsensitivityintheirdeterminationofcleaningefficacy.Acceptancecriteriaareincluded,basedonvisualinspectionand/oramicrobiologicalend-pointasstatedforeachmethod.Wherechemicaldetectionofresidualsoilingisrequired/sought,methodscanbecomplementedbythespecificdeterminationofaresidualcomponentoftheappliedtestsoil.NOTE1ThetestsoilsandmethodsincludedinthisTechnicalSpecificationaresourcedfromnationalstandardsandpublisheddocumentssubmittedbymemberbodiesoftheTechnicalCommitteepreparingthisTechnicalSpecification.TheyhavebeeneditedonlytoprovideauniformformatwithinthisTechnicalSpecification.NOTE2Anexampleofthisistheuseoftheperoxidasetest(seeAnnexJ)todetectresidualblood(haemoglobin)fromthetestsoilappliedtosurgicalinstrumentsorflexibleendoscopes(e.g.usingthemethoddescribedinAnnexG).SeealsoISO15883-1:2005,AnnexD.
