【摘要】:Thispartof10791specifies,withreferencetoISO230-1,thegeometrictestsformachiningcentres(ornumericallycontrolledmillingmachines,boringmachines,etc.,whereapplicable)withhorizontalspindle(i.e.horizontalZ-axis).ThispartofISO10791appliestomachiningcentreshavingbasicallyfournumericallycontrolledaxes,ofwhichthreearelinear(X,YandZ)upto2000mminlength,andoneisrotary(B'),butrefersalsotosupplementarymovements,suchasthoseofslidingspindles,rams,oraccessoryuniversalheads.MovementsotherthanthosementionedareconsideredasspecialfeaturesandtherelevanttestsarenotincludedinthispartofISO10791.ThispartofISO10791takesintoconsideration,inannexesA,BandC,threepossibletypesofaccessoryuniversalheads,describedasfollows:—annexA:45°splitindexableheads,withmechanicalindexingofthedifferentangularpositionsofthetwobodies(e.g.Hirthcouplings):therelevanttests(AG1toAG9)checkonlytheresultingpositionofthespindle;—annexB:swivelheads,withtwonumericallycontrolledrotaryaxesperpendiculartoeachother(testsBG1toBG7);—annexC:45°splitcontinuousheads,similartothefirsttypebutprovidedwithcontinuouspositioningofthetwonumericallycontrolledrotaryaxes:therelevanttests(CG1toCG7)checkallthegeometricfeatures(planesandaxes)whichcontributetotheresultingpositionofthespindle,excludingthepositioningaccuracyofthetworotaryaxes;thesetestscanalsobeusedforadeeperinvestigationofthe45°indexableheads,iftheirmovementsandlocksallowthis.ThispartofISO10791dealsonlywiththeverificationofgeometricaccuracyofthemachineanddoesnotapplytothetestingofthemachineoperation,whichshouldgenerallybecheckedseparately.Certaintestsconcerningtheperformanceofthemachineoperatingunderno-loadorfinishingconditionsareincludedinotherpartsofISO10791.
