【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestherequirementsrelatedtosafety,includingmethodsofratingandtestingsingle-,two-,three-,four-legandendlessslings,withorwithoutfittings,madeofsisal,hempandmanila3-and4-strandlaidconstructionnaturalfibreropesandpolyamide,polyesterandpolypropylene3-and4-strandlaidconstructionand8-strandplaitedconstructionman-madefibreropeshavingareferencenumberintherangeof16to48inclusive.ThefibreropeslingscoveredbythispartofEN1492areintendedforgeneralpurposeliftingoperations,i.e.whenusedforliftingobjects,materialsorgoodswhichrequirenodeviationsfromtherequirements,safetyfactorsorworkingloadlimitsspecified.Liftingoperationsnotcoveredbythisstandardwouldincludetheliftingofpersons,potentiallydangerousmaterialssuchasmoltenmetalandacids,glasssheets,fissilematerials,nuclearreactorsandwherespecialconditionsapply.FibreropeslingsconformingtothisEuropeanStandardaresuitableforuseandstorageinthefollowingtemperatureranges:a)polyesterandpolyamide-40°Cto100°C,b)manila,sisal,hempandpolypropylene-40°Cto80°C.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotapplytofibreropeslingassembliesratedbythetrigonometricmethod.ThisEuropeanStandarddealswiththetechnicalrequirementstominimizethehazardslistedinclause4whichcanariseduringtheuseoffibreropeslingswhencarriedoutinaccordancewiththeinstructionsandspecificationgivenbythemanufacturerorauthorizedrepresentative.
